You Deserve Care.

Nourishment should feel like an act of care, not control. My approach is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep respect for body diversity. I support clients through a weight-neutral, non-diet lens, helping them rebuild trust in their bodies and cultivate a peaceful relationship with food.

I work with adults and adolescents recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as parents who want to foster balanced, positive food relationships for their children. Together, we create a safe, supportive space—free of shame, rules, or judgment—where you can explore what true nourishment means for you.

Questions You Might Have

Q: How is your approach different from traditional nutrition counseling

A: My approach is grounded in weight-neutral and non-diet principles. It’s not about fighting your body or focusing on weight. Instead, we work together to heal your relationship with food, address the emotional side of eating, and help you build internal trust and flexibility, all while honoring and empowering your body.

Q: Do you work with people who don’t have diagnosed eating disorders?

A: Absolutely. Many of my clients are struggling with disordered eating patterns, body dissatisfaction, or food anxiety that may not meet clinical criteria but still significantly impact their lives. If food feels like a struggle, you deserve support.

Q: How long do people typically work with you?

A: Every journey is different. Some clients work with me for several months, others for over a year. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and needs, and you’re in control of the timeline.

Q: What can parents expect from working with you?

A: I help parents navigate challenges like picky eating, and build confidence around family meals. The focus is on creating a peaceful food environment that supports your child’s natural relationship with eating.
